（中央社記者田裕斌台北18日電）新政府上台進入倒數計時，工總理事長許勝雄表示，政黨輪替已是常軌，政權交接可望順利，但新政府上台後，首要之務是建立「信任感」。

許勝雄今天出席三三會，他指出，包括行政與立法、政府與人民、政府與企業及政黨與政黨之間的信任，都是在新政府上台之後，必須努力的目標，若新政府可以拚出「百日有感」的政績，企業界當然是樂見其成。

工商協進會理事長林伯豐則說，外界都相當關注總統當選人蔡英文在5月20日的就職演說要「說什麼」，但他認為，南向、西進跟歐美市場對企業而言都同等重要，不應偏重單一市場，且若台灣的貿易、生產能做好，企業當然會把「投資台灣」當作首要之務。

林伯豐指出，期待「百日有感」的政策，但要觀察行政院提出的方案，到立法院能否順利通過，這將考驗蔡英文的執行力。1050518
